SECURITY AT LUMIN SYSTEMS

Security should be part of the system design, not a claim added afterward.

Lumin Systems is building around privacy, controlled access, data minimization, administrative visibility, secure integrations, and human authorization. We describe implemented controls directly and do not claim certifications that have not been completed.

01

Privacy by architecture

Collect and process only what a workflow needs, and avoid treating sensitive information as a default source of telemetry or product analytics.

02

Local-first processing

When a workflow benefits from keeping data close to its source, the architecture can favor local processing and controlled outbound connectivity.

03

Administrative control

Organizations should be able to understand and govern access, integrations, workflow settings, and operational behavior.

04

Least-privilege access

Services and users should receive only the access required for their approved purpose, with separation between public surfaces and private systems.

05

Encryption and update integrity

Secure transport, protected secrets, controlled deployment, and update integrity are treated as engineering requirements rather than optional polish.

06

Auditability and human authorization

Important actions should remain attributable and reviewable, with people retaining authority where a workflow requires professional or administrative approval.
