Privacy should follow the architecture.
This initial policy describes the public Lumin Systems website and will be reviewed again before production publication as provider integrations are finalized.
Information you choose to provide
The public website may collect the business contact and workflow information you submit through Contact or Request Early Access. Do not use these forms to send passwords, patient information, medical records, financial records, confidential records, or other sensitive information.
How we use public website submissions
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, evaluate early-access interest, route support or security questions, and operate the website. We do not use public form submissions as a source of advertising profiles.
Operational information
The website may process limited technical information needed for security, abuse prevention, delivery, and reliability. The implementation is designed to minimize logging and uses a privacy-preserving hash rather than retaining a raw client IP in the submission record.
Service providers
Approved infrastructure providers may process information only as needed to host the website, protect forms, store submissions, or deliver transactional messages. Provider configuration will be documented before production launch.
